Question: If I order today, when will it arrive?
Answer: We are able to deliver most orders between 2 and 14 working days of your payment. Delivery to regional areas may take longer and postal items are dispatched within 3 days of your payment. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Question: How do I work out my delivery costs?
Answer: Delivery costs will vary depending on product and location. Head to your shopping cart and type in your postcode for more information regarding your shipping costs.
Question: Which days of the week do you deliver?
Answer: We deliver Wednesday through to Sunday. Depending on the jobs that arise, these days may differ so its best to call and double check.
Question: Can I pick up my order?
Answer: Yes, you can arrange the collection of your order from our showroom/warehouse. We will contact you to inform you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Question: Will you assemble my products?
Answer: We will always assemble and install adjustable beds, lift chairs and scooters for our customers. For an additional fee, some of our suppliers will assemble furniture for you, otherwise services like AirTasker might be able to provide some help.
Question: Will you remove my old items?
Answer: Yes, we can remove your old mattress for you. This fee is to cover the charges for recycling services.
